The Complex Building is located to the south of Florence to the foot of the hill of Settignano.
This is an historical Villa of the 14th century belonged for six centuries to an old Florentine noble family.
The noble family chose the hill of Settignano as the ideal place for the summer stays in total relax and meditation, in contact with the sweetness of the landscape made of olive trees, interrupted by groups of cypress trees that make a perfect environment for the beautiful villas, built in this area.
The property is composed of:

• Plot of land with a surface of 2 hectares.
The Villa's structure goes back up the 16th century and is characterized by two angular towers, the first of which is an ancient one, while the second one was added for the sake of symmetry.
Most of the rooms are embellished by frescoes, in the Baroque gallery there are the masterpieces of Dandini, one of the most famous Florentine painters of the 17th century, and in other rooms there are frescoes of the 19th century, realized by the same artists who worked in the family palace in the historic centre of Florence.
The Complex Building is accessible through a long pines' avenue.
The Complex's central area is surrounded by the historical park framed by fields and olive trees.
After the death of the last descendent of the noble Florentine family, the whole Complex has been uninhabited for years and only recently has been reported, by different owners, to its ancient, original splendour.
