The house: a luxuries apartment inside the most elegant exclusive and panoramic area of city centre.
Top floor of a ‘900 palace. Entrance and little corridor that links directly to living room. Big living with terrace and great windows that makes it shining. Double bedroom and kitchen. Bathroom.
The particularity of the house is its panoramic observation, due to the position of palace. In the centre of Naples gulf a little bit elevated on Vomero hill.
Panoramas Unforgettable. It seems to fly upon the Gulf and to see Naples like in airplane at landing.
Capri, Sorrento and the end of Naples Gulf; Punta della Campanella, the Vesuvius with all its sea -land countries, industrial area and the harbour, and Via Caracciolo and the "grand hotel avenue", the Castel dell'Ovo with Mariner village of St. Lucia (mentioned in all Neapolitan songs), Posillipo hill.
And from the other side: all city centre (Royal Palace, St. Charles theatre, St. Francesco Cathedral). All this in only one room, the living.
Living: Big shining room with windows looking on city centre and balconies. Half room has window shades. On the right side of the entrance there is a big fire stone, with a beautiful ancient clock just upon. Sofa corner in front of fire and a table for lunch-dinner. The entrance wall is occupied by two big library with an ancient book collection. Precious wood parquet floor in all the ambients.

The bedroom: Shining and big double bedroom, with several ancient trade. Parquet floor.
Kitchen and bathroom: Full furnished kitchen and big modern bathroom with bath. Both looking on the park of La Floridiana, the green area of Vomero.
The palace: silent and quite. Elegant palace belonging of ‘900 end completely restored. The apartment is on the top floor with free lift. Car parking along the road easy to find.
TOTAL BEDS: 4 DOUBLE BED IN BEDROOM, AND ANOTHER DOUBLE IN A FRENCH SOMMIER IN LIVING ROOM.
