Brezza Marina has an habitable surface of about 120 square meters and it is distributed on two levels.
The central villa's Floor opens itself on the equipped garden (outside shower ,garden chairs and tables) and it is distributed as follows:
• Living room with equipped kitchen corner (4 stoves, oven, exhaust fan, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). The living room is enlightened by a balcony, opening on a wonderful panoramic terrace.
• N.3 double bedrooms with shower bathrooms en suite. All the villa's bedrooms are embellished by original wrought iron headboards and they are equipped with air conditioning system and entry phone. Each bedroom opens itself on a terrace or on the garden.
• N.1 bathroom at the service of the common spaces, equipped with storeroom/laundry corner with washing machine.
From the garden it is possible to access to the pretty villa's dependence, situated on the lower level of the property.
