Villa Lilly is a luxurious villa completely overlooking the sea and the amazing wonders that are the background to the little village of Praiano.
The prestigious Villa boasts a fascinating history that dates back to many centuries ago and some tracks are still perceptible in authentic details of the furniture kept unaltered inside the villa.
Praiano is a beautiful small town along the Amalfi Coast, which has the privilege of being located in a unique corner for the incomparable views of the coast and the sea, embellished by the characteristic "Li Galli" Islands and the Faraglioni of Capri, that you can see in the distance, a place that gives you the chance to enjoy the sunsets among the most evocative in the world.
Villa Lilly has the privilege of having been featured in several international magazines including Devue Point, The New York Times Magazine, Amica, and has hosted, over the years, celebrities like Julia Roberts, Michael Keaton, Barbra Streisand and Dr. Benjamin Carson.
The Villa is reachable from the main road through a path that, leading to the sea, crosses the splendid panoramic square in front of the Church of Saint Gennaro.
This path is made of approximately 180 stairs alternated to a down path of about 300 meters.
The gate that gives access to the magnificent property, composed of an habitable area of about 600 square meters surrounded by an enchanting garden of about 3.000 square meters, leaves immediately to perceive the vibrant feeling of being completely suspended on the sea.

Villa Lilly consists of 4 independent buildings distributed like this:

The Central Building: distributed on two levels, it presents a surface of about 450 square metres.

The Ground Floor opens itself on a wonderful equipped terrace of about 200 square metres completely overlooking the sea and the unrivalled coast overviews.
The entrance, furnished in antique style and equipped as a reception, introduces in the magnificent and large living room, finely furnished with fireplace and white sofas and lighted by 2 windows which opens on the panoramic terrace.
The corridor equipped with cupboards leads to 1 double bedroom for the guests, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 double bedroom with fireplace, TV LCD and a balcony which opens on the terrace with seaview, 1 small bathroom(basin, toilet).
The fully equipped spacious kitchen (freezer, refrigerator, furnace N. 2 ovens, cooking plate with 6 fire, n.2 tables, chairs), presents some typical corner's rock walls on "faccia a vista" and it is illuminated by 3 windows, opening on the surrounding garden.

The First Floor includes a relax room furnished with sofas, fireplace and library, illuminated by 3 wonderful arch windows which offer an extraordinary view of the sea, of Positano, of "Li Galli"Islands and of the Capri's Faraglioni. A small sitting room with fireplace, which opens on a balcony (about 12 square meters.) with sea view, introduces in the splendid Twin Suite with fireplace, 42-inch LCD TV and lighted by 2 beautiful windows overlooking the sea, embellished by soft white curtains fitted of electrical blackout. The suite has also, a double bathroom en suite with bathtub and cupboards.
On the corridor opens itself 1 bathroom with bathtub, which presents an antique structure with brass finishes. Few steps introduce the second Twin Suite with fireplace, 32-inch LCD TV and 2 balconies overlooking the sea, shaded by soft, white and refined curtains,fitted of electrical blackout. The suite disposes of the bathroom en suite with an idro massage bathtub (chromo therapy) placed close to the magnificent glass from which you can enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the coast.
All the rooms in the Villa are equipped with air conditioning, heating system, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system.

Dependence: it has a surface of about 70 square metres and is directly reachable from the solarium terrace by climbing few stairs. The entrance introduces in an equipped room (fridge, wash basin). The double bedroom, provided of TV, is lighted up by 2 windows overlooking the sea and it also disposes of a bathroom en suite, with idro massage bathtub framed by a wonderful large window opened on a extraordinary scenery of the sea.

Tower: distributed on two levels it presents a surface of about 60 square metres.
The Ground Floor welcomes a bathroom with idro massage shower.
The Upper Floor is reachable both internally and externally through spiral staircase. The double bedroom is furnished with fireplace, TV, sofa and it is lighted up by two sea view windows.
The tower not includes air conditioning and heating system.

Suite on the sea: it is reachable through a path of about 200 stairs leading to the private access to the sea.
The wonderful and peaceful Suite is surrounded by a beautiful small garden and it is composed of:
double bed sofa, shower bathroom and panoramic terrace of about 30 square metres.
Villa Lilly is made unique both by the extraordinary refinement of its internal spaces and by the magnificent panoramic position of its meticulously maintained and equipped outdoor spaces.

Equipped solarium terrace: it occupies a surface of about 75 square metres, it disposes of an outdoor bathroom on duty (wash basin, toilet) just a few steps below the same and welcomes the beautiful freshwater swimming pool with idro massage system.

Terrace Garden: it occupies a surface of about 3.000 square metres and is distributed on several terraces framed by white small columns. The intermediate terrace is embellished by a wonderful ceramic garden seat, realized by local craftsmen and represents one of the most evocative corners of Praiano and of the Villa. The upper terrace is intended to welcome a relax zone / gymnasium area with idro massage bathtub for 6 people.

Private access to the sea: it consists of a path of about 200 stairs.

Service corner: it is located behind the main building of the Villa and welcomes a nice fountain, a rustic wood oven and some deposits.

The guests of Villa Lilly may choose to gladden their stay in the Amalfi Coast preferring some of the most renowned locals in the area as the restaurant "La Gavitella", located on the beach just below the Villa, or the restaurant "St. Pietro" in Positano, ideal places to enjoy the dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.
The near Positano also presents itself as an ideal place to spend pleasant hours shopping in the renowned Fashion Positano Boutiques.

Included Services
Full Staff
The staff of Villa Lilly includes a driver, two housemaids, and a gardener. An Italian and English-speaking concierge will be available twenty-four hours daily for your convenience and can arrange daytrips to nearby destinations. Your driver will transport you to and from the Naples Airport (transportation from other airports is not included).
Daily housekeeping, 2 weekly changes of bed linen, tawels and pool linens. The staff live in a separate house independent from the villa to ensure complete privacy for guests.
Breakfast included (European continental breakfast consisting of croissants, cappuccino, and juices).
Breakfast is available between 8 AM -12 PM.

Permitted Use
8 guests maximum, children over the age of 12 only
For additional guests, it is necessary to make a special request for an additional charge
Names of all guests must be provided in advance, no exceptions
Passport must be presented upon arrival in order to enter premises
Guests must be able to traverse 50-60 stairs, as this is the only access to the villa
