Minuta is a magnificent Villa located in the little and characteristic village of Scala di Ravello, on a promontory opposite to the famous Ravello city and overlooking, from a favoured perspective, the wonderful coast villages of Amalfi Atrani and Maiori.
The breathtaking overviews on the sea and the coast and the delightful gardens, surrounding the property like a natural frame, are the main characteristics of this exclusive Villa.
Villa Minuta consists of 3 independent buildings distributed as follows:
Principal Building: it welcomes a large and luxurious living room furnished with fireplace and a finely restored table, extention up to 20 seats. The living room is also provided of satellite TV, stereo-CD system and internet access. Equipped kitchen, N. 4 bedrooms all with double beds 1 of the for bedrooms is equipped with crib (6-8 places). All bedrooms are equipped with shower bathrooms en suite, TV, air conditioning and heating system, N.1
laundry.
Dependence: it is accessible from the outside and disposes of 1 french bed (twin bed).                                                                                          Villa Minuta gives to its guests the possibility to enjoy the comfort both of its large internal spaces and of its extended outdoor area. The Villa, in fact, is surrounded by a garden of about 1.000 square metres and three meadow terraces.
The Villa's outdoor area welcomes also a wonderful large Solarium Terrace equipped with wood oven and barbecue, from which is impossible to not be fascinated by the unrivalled views of the sea and the coast.
Villa Minuta is the ideal place to the realization of unforgettable dream holidays on the Amalfi Coast and it also has an ideal surface to the realization of Events and Ceremonies up to 60 people, with the possibility of overnight up to 12-15 people.
The guests of Villa Minuta can simply reach the centre of Scala and Ravello, where they will find all the services of which the famous coast city disposes.
The most interesting Amalfi Coast sites such as Amalfi, Positano, Maiori are reachable by car/bus or by using the maritime connections available in the harbours of Amalfi, Positano and Minori.
Villa Minuta is not recommended to people with disabilities because of the presence of stairs (102 stairs to reach the Villa).
