The apartment disposes of a very large and panoramic terrace, equipped with a rustic pergola covering the outside dinner area, provided of washbasin, barbecue, wood table and benches.
The terrace also disposes of an outside shower and of sun beds.
On the terrace is available a Laundry room with washing machine at the service of the guests.
Casa Leda is equipped with air conditioning system, emergency lights, Wireless Internet access and it is composed of:
• N.1 Full equipped Kitchen (dish washer, 5 stoves, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, table and chairs). The large kitchen, with direct access to the terrace, is a unique jewel where the attention to the selection of small and pretty details meets the modernity of its equipments;
• N.1 Large Living Room. The living room is enlightened by a large balcony opening on a terrace with sea view, extending on the whole length of the house. Furnished with good taste, the living room disposes of double bed sofa, DVD player, Satellite TV and wood stove;
• N.2 Double Bedrooms. The two elegant bedrooms are enlightened by wonderful panoramic terraces and they dispose of Satellite TV;
• N.2 Shower Bathrooms: the first bathroom of the house is provided of idro massage shower.
The extraordinary beauty of the sea, the breathtaking overviews, the enchantment of sunsets unique in the world, the comfort of the outside and inside house's spaces, are the ingredients making Casa Leda an ideal solution to spend an holiday in total relax and by tasting the authentic flavorings of the laughing and famous Coast town of Praiano, situated on the west side of the amazing Amalfi Coast.
At few meters from the house is available on request a private garage to payment (suitable for normal size cars), at the price of euros 10 a day.
The near centre of Praiano boasts many useful services and it is simply reachable by walking or by using the shuttle service.
