The magic mixture, of the sea's and citrus trees' colours, is the natural frame of Villa Antares.
The villa lies in the lovely village of Vettica, in the middle of Amalfi Coast, situated in a splendid stretch of coast between Amalfi and Positano. It is only 5 minutes from the centre of Amalfi. Its central position at the coastline makes it possible to visit also Ravello and Positano. A day-trip to the unique city of Naples and the mysterious Vesuvius with her famous archaeological sites Pompei and Ercolano can be made by boat or bus. The islands Capri, Ischia and Procida are well to reach via the harbours of Positano and Amalfi.
Villa Antares can be reached by descending about 150 steps from the coast road and looks entirely on to the azure blue sea.
The villa is divided in two levels and offers 7 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite: 2 outside independent bedrooms, 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms on the lower ground floor. All the bedrooms are equipped with modern comforts such as air-conditioning, heating system, emergency lights, mini bar, satellite TV with LCD screen and DVD player, telephone line, broad-band internet connection and bathroom with shower or idro massage bathtub.
The broad and bright living-room has a large panoramic veranda overlooking the sea and is provided with plasma TV and cocktail bar. The professional steel kitchen is equipped with modern equipments such as frying machine, burner stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, dish washer and ice machine.
The internal spaces are completed by as many comfortable outer spaces, that are divided in panoramic terraces, offering plenty of privacy, and situated on more levels with an outside dining area, a relax area and a gazebo surrounded by flowered gardens and lemon trees. All terraces provide fine views over the ocean.
Villa Antares offers a well-being space too with a sauna, a gymnasium, a maxi outer idro massage bathtub and a Turkish bath with aroma- therapy and cromo-therapy in an evocative natural grotto. Bathing is possible and reserved exclusively for the renters of the property.
From Villa Antares you will have direct access to the sea through about 150 steps at the end of which you can find private platforms, equipped with umbrellas, shower and deck chairs, and a private jetty from which you can take a yacht for interesting coast tours. From the villa it is possible to reach "Le Marinelle" beach through a path and about 50 steps.
Villa Antares has an antitheft device and a screen supervision system.

Near the Villa (200 mtrs) there are two restaurants, reachable on foot, which serve
traditional dishes, fish and pizza in the evening. As an alternative it is possible to arrange a
dinner with our chef Caterina. From the private access to the sea it is also possible to
reach two restaurants on the near S. Croce beach by a restaurant free boat service or call
a food delivery service that brings your order by boat.
From the private platform it is possible to embark for trips by taxi boat.
