Villa Buganvillea is a charming residence of about 180 mq., that lies in Vettica on a picturesque tract of rocky coast, at a height of approximately 100 meters on the sea's level, in a special position to enjoy the delightful and unrivalled overviews.
The panoramic villa, reachable from the road along about 66 steps, which form part of a half up and the other down,is provided of air conditioning, heating system and offers to its guests the privilege to be delighted at the wonderful sea's and coast's overviews and the quietness of the site.

1 small garden/terrace, to enter in the house, covered by plants of lemon, bougainvillea's, and jasmine's pergolas, equipped with table, chairs, a long brickwork bench and barbecue, an ideal place to stop and to spend outside pleasant hours in the shade of the multicoloured pergolas, that strain one of the more sensational view, 1 broad and bright living room, furnished with table, chairs, sofa, armchairs and satellite TV, with a corner putting up a bunk bed with 2 places, closed by soft and coloured curtains, opening on the panoramic terrace. A living room's corner with an equipped kitchen space (fridge, freezer, 4 electric stoves, oven, microwave oven), a laundry (washing machine, wash) and a small storeroom, with a door/window opening on the terrace. 1 double bedroom with shower bathroom en suite, 2 others double bedrooms, one of which is provided of frigobar, another bathroom with shower and bathtub. All the rooms are lighted up by panoramic windows, opening directly on the extraordinary overview made of sea, sky and coasts.
The Villa Bougainvillea's guests can simply reach the sea, having the use of the public transport service (20 mt. from the house there is the bus stop) or they can reach, on foot, the wonderful beach of "Santa Croce", going down 330 steps.
Villa Buganvillea offers to the mountain walk's lovers too the possibility to simply reach the famous "Sentiero degli Dei" overcoming the Amalfi Coast's mountains.
The near Amalfi's centre (about 3 Km.), with its maritime and earthly connections to the coast, is simply reachable by car/bus. From Amalfi it is possible to reach the most famous coast's and region's sites such us Positano, Sorrento, Capri, Ischia and Procida islands and the fascinating principal town, Naples.
Shops and Bars are available at about 800 mt. from the villa.
