Villa Nausicaa is a jewel overlooking the sea at about 1 km. from the coast town of Cetara.
Famous in all the world for its fishing tradition, Cetara is a laughing small town on the sea, kissed by the sun.
Villa Nausicaa boasts a special position because it is directly reachable from the main road SS 163 and because it lies just on the sea.
A wonderful equipped terrace of about 500 square meters offers to the villa's guests an exclusive and privileged place, to spend pleasant and unforgettable moments at few meters from the crystalline sea.
From the terrace you will have direct and private access to the near small and secluded beach, trough a path of 20 steps. The pretty beach is exclusively reachable from the sea so it is a not much attended place.

The second Villa's level hosts:

• A large and bright living room with the main villa's entrance, furnished with fireplace and precious furnishings;
Night Area
From the dining room a spiral staircase leads to the villa's night area. Along the staircase there is a pretty bathroom with pink majolica tiles.
The third level of the villa consists of:
• Direct access form the outside space, opening on a small living room ;
• Small living room furnished with fireplace, TV and glass table;
• n.1 bedroom with single sofa bed and balcony opening on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea;
• n.1 double bedroom with shower bathroom en suite. The bedroom opens itself on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea;
• Equipped Kitchen (Fridge, coking plate with 4 stoves, microwave oven, washing machine).
Upper Floor
The Villa's upper floor hosts another night area composed as follows:
• N.1 bedroom with 2 single sofa beds and direct access to a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea;
• N.1 shower bathroom with yellow majolica tiles
• N.1 bedroom with double bed sofa
Villa Nausicaa disposes of fine and comfortable internal spaces and of peaceful and extraordinary panoramic outside spaces.
From the entrance gate starts a path, made of 90 stairs and wonderful relax areas, surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation and wonderful panoramic views.
The large terrace on the sea, of about 500 square meters, welcomes wonderful outside sitting rooms, equipped with gazebo, sun curtains and sun beds.
Villa Nausicaa is provided of video surveillance system and it disposes of n. 8 parking car spaces.
